Experience

I’ve spent over 25 years working inside real engineering and manufacturing environments — not just consulting from the side-lines. My career has taken me through aerospace, automotive, motorsport, consumer products, heavy engineering, and highly regulated industries, giving me a grounded understanding of how products are designed, built, released, changed, and supported.

Before founding Delta PLM, I held roles across design engineering, manufacturing engineering, PLM leadership, and enterprise systems architecture. I’ve delivered major upgrades, global PLM deployments, ERP & MES integrations, and large-scale data migrations for organisations operating under pressure, tight regulatory controls, and demanding product cycles.

This practical background shapes everything I do: I understand how decisions made in PLM ripple through production, supply chain, quality, service, and the customer. I know the constraints, the politics, the firefighting, the shortcuts, and the realities that never show up in a slide deck.

It’s why I focus on solutions that work on the shop floor, not just in a meeting room — and why clients trust me to bring clarity, structure, and credibility to their programmes.
